DELIVERY & SHIPPING: 

Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday), unless stated otherwise via shipping disclaimer/product page description, ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. For any delivery issues contact us and the shipping company immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE: 

All sales are final. Returns/exchanges or refunds are at our discretion. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For all claims of packages gone missing you must inform us within 30 days from the date it was supposed to be delivered. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. For any other problems involving returns or exchanges contact us.

SUSTAINABILITY & CARE: 

Asanihearts is striving to be eco-friendly, and sustainable. Each year as we grow we will continue to elevate our efforts as the Earth comes first. Some products are printed on demand, others are garments we customize & up-cycle, and other products we run a limited clothing production quantity to limit the wasting of fabrics and to keep fossil fuels usage down. For those curious all year 2025 or older products will be tagged into 3 sections either: upcycled, print on demand, or limited production. Our avid customization and set up is a priority to provide distinctiveness as well increase value to make this worthwhile for customer and brand.

Be careful washing any products, and always read product care instructions at the purchase of the product screen. For delicate/high-value garments seek professional dry cleaners. Otherwise, you should carefully hand wash and air dry for optimal care. If you cannot, then wash and dry the garment alone inside-out to prevent damage. Contact us for more advice and instructions if needed.
